• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent investment operations experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment operations, or back-office role within an investment firm, trust company, bank, family office or similar organization is required.
• Experience completing account-opening documentation and alternative investment subscription documents is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and categorize a high volume of investment-related documents within the firm’s document management system.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly statements received from private equity, private credit, and hedge fund managers.
• Reconcile monthly brokerage and custodial account statements.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investment performance reports utilizing portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
• Record and reconcile investment-related cash movements within investment reporting systems.
• Complete subscription, redemption, and account-opening documentation, including KYC information, for alternative investments.
• Support investment operations projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Services Analyst with investment operations or back-office experience within a bank, trust company, family office, investment management firm, or private investment organization. This role supports the daily administration of a sophisticated investment portfolio and is responsible for investment reporting, account documentation, reconciliations, and operational controls.
