Responsibilities

• Review, process, and categorize a high volume of investment-related documents within the firm’s document management system.
• Reconciling monthly and quarterly statements from private equity, private credit, and hedge fund managers.
• Reconciling monthly brokerage and custodial account statements.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investment performance reports utilizing portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
• Record and reconcile investment-related cash movements within investment reporting systems.
• Complete subscription, redemption, and account-opening documentation, including KYC information, for alternative investments.
• Support investment operations projects and process improvement initiatives.

This role supports the daily administration of a sophisticated investment portfolio and is responsible for investment reporting, account documentation, reconciliations, and operational controls. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
