Job summary

Thrivent is offering a 12-week Investment Operations Internship in Minneapolis, MN. The program supports a Fortune 500 financial services organization and provides hands-on exposure to trade support, cash management, corporate actions, reporting, and data analysis.

You will work with experienced professionals to build analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in investment operations and asset management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics; graduation in Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• GPA 3.0+ academic track record is expected.
• Able to work full-time during the summer.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for investment operations, trade verification and settlement.
• Reconcile trades, positions, and cash across asset classes.
• Support corporate actions, income processing, and data reporting.
• Generate investment-related reports and dashboards; assist audits and compliance.
