Job summary

Arch Investment Management (AIM) is seeking an entry-level Investment Trade Operations Analyst to support daily operational activities across AIM portfolios. You will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of trades, supporting the growth of knowledge across traditional and alternative assets.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of investment operations and a path to develop foundational expertise in a dynamic environment,

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Daily dashboard monitoring of trades and settlements; investigate and resolve trade breaks with trading, custodian, accounting and risk providers.
• Interact with custodians and brokers to resolve trade breaks.
• Address and rectify exceptions between third party service providers.
• Coordinate processing of securities transfers and support portfolio management in security selection.
• Notify portfolio managers and process voluntary corporate actions.
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiencies and risk mitigation.
• Create and deliver metrics reporting.
