Job summary

Orion Worldwide, a global media company, is seeking an Associate Social Investment to support the Social Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding clients’ media buys. You will learn the media landscape and develop proficiency with Prisma and reporting tools.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Expert ability to navigate Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong math and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Develop a working knowledge of trade media and the social media landscape through working closely with managers and specialists to learn about the media industry.
Track and maintain all media partnerships utilizing excel and internal databases.
Input data into necessary spreadsheets and Prisma.
Contact vendors to receive reporting and discuss any relevant issues.
Reconcile billing every month.
Support Media Investment Specialist/Manager with miscellaneous projects.
Recommend new ways of more efficiently managing and maintaining information as well as overall ways to help our department grow.
