Investment Operations Associate

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

• Facilitating the capital requirements for investments of our clients’ private funds
• Processing money movements, including transactions related to onboarding and existing investments
• Reviewing bank balances and activity to ensure adequate cash is available for processing
• Overseeing and coordinating investment transactions with the administrator, custodians, investors, and underlying managers
• Meeting the daily needs of our clients’ investors
• Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner
• Communicating with external and internal relationships to achieve high service levels
• Conducting audits on investments, documentation, systems, and processes
• Perform other related duties asassigned

• Base salary commensurate with experience and success:The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000
• Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter
  
  

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
