Gopuff is looking for Flexer Operations Associates ("Flexers") to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, Flexers help staff our facilities during busy hours or to cover teammates' time off. As a Flexer, you control your work hours, with a minimum of 16 hours per month. Most shifts are 4 hours, but may vary. Shifts are scheduled based on your availability.

The Flexer role is vital to our success and requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Receiving products, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies
• Inventory management and re-shelving
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
• Managing waste and spoilage following FIFO
• Contacting customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse (preferred but not required)

Physical and safety expectations:

• Handling, scanning, and moving products safely
• Standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, walking
• Using carts, pallet jacks, dollies
• Lifting up to 20 pounds
• Handling products containing tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
• Working in freezer locations periodically
