• Respond to client inquiries regarding account information or transactions.
• Follow up with clients via phone or written correspondence.
• Verify funds availability for transfers and notify the portfolio advisor if needed.
• Adhere to investment guidelines and risk management practices.
• Provide solutions to uncommon or complex problems using established procedures.
• Support team efficiency by refining work practices and processes.
• Act as primary contact for smaller relationships and clarify investment objectives.
• Present predetermined material during client meetings to enhance skills.
