Job summary

The role involves tax issue research, trade processing, and communicating with clients to ensure timely actions and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to meet deadlines and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of investment products and terminology gained through on‑the‑job training.
• Progress toward CFA or CFP designation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare portfolio materials for client meetings and retrieve reports as requested.
• Set up client files with documentation (payments, changes, guidelines, fees).
• Order reports for managers or clients as needed.
• Communicate client requests and ensure follow‑ups with portfolio managers.
• Interact with partners on a daily basis to relay information on client relationships.
• Research tax discrepancies and oversee adjustments to client accounts.
