Job summary
FNBO is seeking an Analyst II, Investment Operations, to execute investment operational tasks for product implementation, monitoring, and reporting. You will support maintaining investment products with strong adherence to established processes, and work closely with the Investment team under moderate guidance.
Responsibilities include trading on the OSM platform for ~1,200 accounts, annual reviews, proxy voting, and cross-functional project participation, with a hybrid work arrangement and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products with an emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Trade across ~1,200 advisory accounts on the OSM platform, handling buys, sells, and rebalancing
- Complete annual investment reviews per established procedures
- Support advisors with model selection and cash transactions
- Monitor and report proxy voting and investment operations
