Job summary

Morgan Stanley Parametric is seeking an Investment Strategy Analyst to support the management, analysis, and client servicing of equity options and derivatives strategies, including preparing portfolio commentary and strategy updates.

You will collaborate with investment strategists, portfolio managers, and internal teams in a hybrid setting, bringing strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills to drive client outcomes and expand assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of options and derivatives strategies a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client servicing and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze portfolio exposures, options positions, and strategy performance.
• Prepare investment commentary, strategy updates, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with strategists, PMs, and internal teams to improve processes.
• Assist with account reconciliation and data gathering for reporting.
