Job summary

Parametric is hiring an Operations Analyst to support end-to-end investment management operations across onboarding, billing, settlement, and client services.

This role offers exposure to multiple teams within Morgan Stanley’s asset management ecosystem and requires a detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and the ability to handle high data volumes under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems delaying settlement and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Perform daily operations transactions including cash or position reconciliation and trade posting.
• Maintain client records, run operational reporting, and support onboarding and billing activities.
