The role supports day-to-day middle-office activities across a diversified portfolio of alternative investments, with exposure to investor reporting, fund onboarding, and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Experience in middle office, investment operations, or portfolio operations.
• Background with alternative investments (PE, credit, hedge funds, real assets).
• Strong Excel and familiarity with investment accounting or portfolio systems.
• Understanding of fund structures and investment lifecycle.
• Excellent organization, analytics, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day middle office operations across a diverse portfolio.
• Coordinate onboarding of new funds, managers, and service providers.
• Prepare and distribute investor and portfolio reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
• Reconcile investment activity with fund admins, custodians, and managers.
• Assist cash management, transaction processing, and investment documentation.
• Identify workflow improvements and support reporting and systems projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Investment teams on initiatives.
