Investment Trade Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Trade Operations Analystopportunity with a leading Financial Services firm located in Boston, MA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting daily investment operations and transaction processing within a collaborative operations team. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity, paying $20-$24/hour within a 40-hour work week. The position follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Candidates must be local to the Greater Boston area and available to work onsite in Boston, MA, three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processing for investment and securities-related transactions
• Review, process, and reconcile transaction activity to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Process corporate action events, payments, and client account updates
• Monitor account activity and investigate discrepancies or exceptions
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding transaction status and outstanding items
• Maintain accurate operational records and complete reporting as required
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with established procedures and deadlines
