Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, MD is seeking a skilled GCIR specialist to produce client-focused materials and visualize data for fixed income teams.

You will partner with PMs, investment specialists, compliance, and marketing to craft clear, compelling presentations that communicate each team’s investment story. You will manage data-driven materials, ensure brand consistency, and leverage PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high-quality reports within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Required: 4+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Tangible experience creating bespoke PowerPoint presentations that are utilized by high level investment professionals and clients.
• Preferred: Experience compiling large data sets and translating into infographics, visualizations, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Preferred: Strong ability to identify inconsistencies in data and content.
• Preferred: Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities and feedback.
• Preferred: Continues to develop technical expertise regarding product and investment offerings in order to act as a high-level resource.
• Preferred: Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, including experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred: Experience using reporting systems for performance and portfolio data.
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process for assigned projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and relevance of content.
• Collaborate with internal teams (investments, compliance, marketing, leadership) to execute assignments and meet client needs.
• Source, update, and accurately incorporate data into materials using internal systems and through partnership with data providers.
• Apply style guidelines and brand standards to promote consistency and design integrity across deliverables.
• Champion process improvements and change initiatives, resolve issues promptly, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative, client-focused work environment.
