Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in marketing operations, investment marketing, or production management.
• Hands-on experience managing complex, deadline-driven production cycles.
• Familiarity with investment collateral types and approval workflows.
• Experience partnering with Compliance and regulated content review processes.
• Strong project and process management with attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for creation, updates, and production of investment collateral.
• Coordinate across Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Translate inputs into clear production plans with timelines and ownership.
• Lead quarter-end investment content production cycle with deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks; adjust workflows to maintain timelines.
• Refine quarter-end processes to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
• Design, document, and maintain standardized workflows for content production.
• Manage project tracking, version control, approvals, and handoffs.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure materials meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, marketing, compliance, and operations.
• Act as operational partner to enable investment team to focus on content and insights.
• Coordinate with external vendors on production schedules, revisions, and delivery quality.
• Identify opportunities to introduce tools, templates, automation, or standardization.
• Develop best practices for repeatable, scalable content production.
