Job description

Investment Marketing Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused investment marketing operations lead to serve as the end-to-end owner of the investment collateral creation and production process. This is an individual contributor role (no people management).

Responsibilities include orchestrating the quarterly production cycle for investment materials, partnering closely with Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverables.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end process for creation, updates, and production of investment collateral, including fact sheets, commentaries, presentations, and related materials.
  • Serve as the single point of coordination across Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external design/printing partners.
  • Translate inputs from investment teams into clear production plans with defined timelines, milestones, and ownership.
  • Lead the quarter-end investment content production cycle, ensuring deadlines are met across all strategies.
  • Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks early; proactively adjust workflows to maintain timelines.
  • Continuously refine and streamline quarter-end processes to reduce cycle time, rework, and manual effort.
  • Design, document, and maintain standardized workflows for investment content production.
  • Manage project tracking, version control, approvals, and handoffs across teams.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory and brand standards prior to release.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, marketing, compliance, and operations to align on priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the investment team, enabling them to focus on content and insights rather than logistics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage production schedules, revisions, and delivery quality.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce tools, templates, automation, or standardization to improve efficiency.
  • Develop best practices for repeatable, scalable investment content production as the platform grows.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, investment marketing, creative services, or production management—preferably within investment management, asset management, or financial services.
  • Hands‑on experience managing complex, deadline‑driven production cycles (quarter‑end experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with investment collateral types and approval workflows.
  • Experience partnering with Compliance and regulated content review processes.
  • Exceptional project and process management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
  • Process‑oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment. We are unable to sponsor work visas or provide support for OPT/CPT programs for this role.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay: $115,000.00 to $140,000.00 plus applicable bonuses and incentives.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting on day1.
  • Life and Disability insurance.
  • Health Savings Account with a company match.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts, including dependent care.
  • Wellness program.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • 24‑hour employee assistance program.
  • Adoption assistance.
  • Paid family care time.
