Victory Capital Management, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring a Marketing Operations and Events Associate to drive the firm's presence at conferences and industry events while delivering high-quality sales collateral.

The role requires strong event planning and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and close collaboration with investment teams, sales, and other Marketing colleagues to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or sales support.
• Exceptional conference and event planning skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate participation in industry conferences and events from planning to execution.
• Serve as Marketing's project manager for acquisitions and product launches.
• Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc marketing collateral and sales support materials.
• Manage tradeshow booths, banners, signage, and vendor relationships.
• Organize annual sales meetings, including logistics, design and content.
• Manage fulfillment and project management platforms and related vendor relationships.
• Execute monthly, quarterly and ad hoc product collateral updates.
• Become well-versed with data and sources specific to assigned Investment Franchises.
• Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
