Job summary

EPL Capital, the investment platform of EPL Group, seeks an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support deal execution across its platform.

The role is remote or based in Miami, with a revenue-sharing structure aligned to securities regulations. You will originate opportunities, manage high-caliber relationships, and assist with memos and due diligence while collaborating closely with the Managing Partner.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions.

EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:

• Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
• GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
• Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market

We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.

• Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies
