EPL Group, via its EPL Capital platform, seeks an Investment Manager to originate and manage investments across multiple strategies from a remote location or based in Miami. You will support due diligence, memos, and deal execution while engaging with family offices and institutional allocators.

You will collaborate directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth and enjoy a revenue-sharing compensation structure aligned with securities regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions.
• An established network of family offices or institutional investors.
• Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team.

We are hiring: Investment Manager (Remote or Miami)

EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:

• Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
• GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
• Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market

We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.
