Job summary

Dodge & Cox is seeking undergraduate students for its Business Associate Internship Program. Qualifications

• A strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.3).
• Interest in financial markets, asset management, or wealth management through coursework or internships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and communicate clearly.
• Quantitative aptitude; experience with Excel preferred.
• Transcript required to be considered for the Business Associate Intern.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a ten-week, full-time summer internship within a Dodge & Cox team.
• Contribute to project work and day-to-day responsibilities on assigned teams.
• Gain exposure to investment management and the firm’s client services activities.
• Engage in information sessions and learning opportunities to deepen understanding of the business.
• Potentially qualify for opportunities in the Rotational Associate Program after completion.
