Responsibilities

• Participate in a ten-week, full-time summer internship within a Dodge & Cox team.

About the Business Associate Internship Program

Dodge & Cox is seeking undergraduate students who are interested in investment management to join our Business Associate Internship Program. This ten‑week, full‑time summer internship provides students with meaningful experience within a department that supports Dodge & Cox’s investment business. Interns are placed on a specific team where they contribute to project work and day‑to‑day responsibilities while gaining exposure to the broader firm. Throughout the summer, interns also participate in information sessions and learning opportunities designed to deepen their understanding of Dodge & Cox, the investment management industry, and the functions that support our clients and investment activities. By the end of the internship, interns will have developed a broader understanding of the investment management business and how teams across Dodge & Cox work together to support the firm and deliver long‑term outcomes for our clients. Successful interns may be considered for opportunities in Dodge & Cox’s full‑time Rotational Associate Program.

The hourly rate for this position is $35.00. The listed pay scale denotes only the hourly rate for the Business Associate Intern position.
