What You'll Work On

• Advising registered investment advisers and investment companies on regulatory and compliance matters
• Supporting registered funds and alternative asset structures
• Drafting key corporate governance and disclosure documents
• Counseling clients on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and broader securities regulations
• Working closely with clients on product structuring, registration, and exemptions
• Collaborating with a nationally recognized team on high-impact, high-visibility matters

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in investment management, funds, or securities law
• Experience from a top-tier law firm
• Strong exposure to:
  • Registered investment advisers
  • Investment companies and SEC-registered products
  • Private funds and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with SEC regulations, particularly the Division of Investment Management (a plus)
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Active bar admission (or ability to waive in) in your practicing jurisdiction
• A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a high-performing team
