Qualifications

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills required.
• Active bar admission (or ability to waive in) in your practicing jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise registered investment advisers and investment companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support registered funds and alternative asset structures.
• Draft governance and disclosure documents and counsel on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
