Your New Role

This is your chance to join an award-winning national firm in a partner-track position! Their thriving Seattle office is in the market for an Investment Management Attorney with a background in transactional law.

As a member of this established practice group, you’ll manage a wide variety of investments, primarily public pension funds. The practice group’s work spans private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and international investments. You’ll be responsible for drafting investment management agreements and resolving investment management disputes through litigation or negotiation.

Competitive candidates will be business-minded and collaborative with a strong foundational knowledge of transactional law. Prior experience managing investments is highly preferred; however, the firm will consider related transactional experience as well.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
