Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Associate in investment management or institutional-investor experience preferred.
• Experience in private funds, corporate transactions, finance, securities, or other sophisticated commercial matters considered.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate complex investment and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on traditional and alternative investment transactions.
• Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, internal attorneys, and paralegals.

Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple active matters

Education

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to the Washington State Bar
