Bell Partners, a leading apartment company, seeks a finance-focused professional to oversee venture-level cash flows, budgets, and investor communications. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Investments, Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, IT, and other teams to drive accurate reporting and strategic decision making.

The role emphasizes preparing investor materials, maintaining data integrity, and supporting annual investor meetings in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, business, or related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in real estate private equity, investment management, asset management, or investor relations is preferred.
• Experience analyzing multifamily real estate investments and fund models is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee venture-level cash flows, liquidity, distributions, investment performance, and portfolio activity.
• Analyze venture performance using property-level operating results and budgets.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Investments, Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, IT and other teams.
• Prepare presentations, investment summaries, and due diligence materials for investors and leadership.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting, investor reports, and fund communications.
• Assist with the planning and execution of investor meetings and related logistics.
• Coordinate responses to investor and compliance requests (DDQs, RFPs, questionnaires).
• Maintain organized source files, calculation support, and audit trails.
