Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell’s investment funds and joint ventures, including cash flows and distributions.
• Prepare investor materials, summaries, and due diligence docs.
• Coordinate across Asset Mgmt, Investments, Fund Accounting, Legal and IT teams.
• Support quarterly/annual reporting and investor communications.
• Assist with Annual Investor Meeting planning and logistics.
• Develop and maintain internal reporting tools, dashboards, and templates.
