The role involves advising on private fund formation, drafting and reviewing fund documentation, and guiding on co-investments and secondary transactions, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment management, private funds, or related corporate experience.
• Experience with private equity, real estate, hedge funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.
• Admission to the state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise on private fund formation, structuring, and operation.
• Draft and review fund documentation and related transactions.
• Provide guidance on co-investments, secondary transactions, and separately managed accounts.
