Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on private equity fund formation and drafting fund documentation.
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and related fund documents.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to facilitate fund formation and operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting funds and investments.
• Prepare and review opinions, memoranda, and other documentation.
