Job summary

Societe Generale is recruiting for an Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets professional in New York. The role collaborates with coverage, ECM, M&A, syndicate and trading teams to originate debt solutions for corporate, financial and sovereign clients across the Americas.

You will prepare pitch materials, monitor market data, support execution of investment grade bonds and liability management, and develop DCM models while mentoring junior staff and ensuring risk controls meet regulatory

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Debt Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with ESG financing or liability management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare pitch materials for capital markets and financing discussions.
Analyze market data and deal flow for internal and external clients.
Assist in execution of investment grade bond and liability management transactions.
Develop and maintain DCM analytical models.
Perform credit analysis on current and target clients.
Support pricing indications across currencies.
Coordinate with product teams for marketing presentations.
Assist in mentoring junior team members.
Support risk control with policy compliance.
