Job summary

NatWest Markets Securities Inc. seeks an Analyst or Associate to originate and execute USD Investment Grade debt issuances in the US. You will work with US and European DCM origination partners to help pitch and execute deals for a global client footprint, with strong career growth potential in a growing franchise.

You will support the end-to-end underwriting lifecycle, build client relationships, and collaborate with worldwide product teams to promote USD opportunities and analyze market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BA or BS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end new issue execution process for US Investment Grade Syndicate.
• Support preparation of client pitches and materials with high-quality content.
• Coordinate with US and European origination partners and global teams.
• Provide updates on market trends, pricing indications, and funding recommendations.
