Anonymous is seeking a motivated attorney to join its growing legal team in New York. The role provides exposure to fund formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, investor relations, and acquisitions teams.

You will work closely with the GC, lead U.S. investment fund formation efforts, draft fund documents, advise on governance and regulatory matters including SEC compliance and AML frameworks, and support ongoing filings and

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment fund formation, ideally from a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and investment fund structures, including limited partnerships and REITs.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
