Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Houston, TX is seeking a Funds Associate with a solid background in corporate and securities law to advise investment funds and investors throughout their lifecycles. You will collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team to deliver strategic legal guidance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a JD, and an active bar license in the applicable state.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide counsel to investors in various funds.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
