Sun Recruiting, Inc. is recruiting Investment Funds Associate Attorneys for a New York office of a nationally recognized and international AMLAW 50 law firm. The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school, top 20% class, and active bar admission.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation, with background in private equity, hedge, real estate and related funds. A hybrid work environment is offered.

INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS

LOCATION: NEW YORK

INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment FundsAssociate Attorneys in their New Yorkoffice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
