Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Head of Client Projections & Analysis for their Insurance Solutions team. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis of the asset portfolio, collaborating with senior management to drive investment performance and risk management.

Ideal candidate has extensive FP&A and investment analysis experience, with strong modeling and data visualization skills using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, and/or financial reporting in the insurance or asset management industry.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for investment forecasting and performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics and reporting for senior management.
• Analyze market trends to identify impacts on the investment portfolio.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with investment teams and external partners for data insights.
