Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 with plan to complete missing) licenses.
• 1+ year experience in investments or financial services.
• 1+ year sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and routes to appropriate internal partners.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
