Qualifications

• Bachelor-level licenses not required; Series 7 & 66 required with possible waiver for 63/65
• Experience in investments and financial services with sales background
• Ability to build and manage client relationships and financial plans
• Knowledge of brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking products
• Ability to triage client leads and refer to internal partners based on asset thresholds
• Compliance with SAFE Act registration and background checks

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term client financial goals and build a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners
