Job summary

Bank of America seeks a client-focused Financial Advisor to deliver comprehensive advice and tailored solutions helping clients achieve financial goals. You will triage leads, meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and refer to partners for suitable products and services.

Licensing (Series 7/66 or 63/65 path) and regulatory knowledge are required; SAFE Act registration applies to residential loan activities. Strong relationship skills and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) or equivalent path with plan to complete missing series within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments industry with investment product knowledge.
• Has at least one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships and can communicate confidently with clients.
• Manages time, tasks, and regulatory due diligence in a fast-paced setting.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking (desired).

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals and existing clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product options.
