Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment/finance.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, analytical, and collaborative in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support net investment income (NII) outlook, forecasting invested assets, investment income, and portfolio yields.
• Partner with Treasury and ERM to support capital reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Provide detailed analysis and monitoring of NII and capital results and develop variance analysis.
• Create management reporting and executive presentations for leadership reviews.
• Assist in monthly KPI production used by HIMCO ELT.
• Drive automation and analytics improvements leveraging AI and internal tools.
