Accountable for overall production, coaching, training, and developing a team of licensed retail bankers. May handle a large book of clients with more complex financial profiles. Responsible for sales of a full range of securities products and achieving targeted securities fee income goals within the assigned territory. Design and customize coaching sessions to train bankers on investment strategies and product solutions. Conduct solo and joint appointments with bankers, assisting them in identifying potential clients and providing solutions that align with their needs and financial goals. Maintain a presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clients.
Responsible for risk management by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always act in the best interest of customers and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite, consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
