Job summary

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC in Milwaukee is seeking an Analyst for Investment Data Operations to manage and validate pricing and security master data across asset classes. You will partner with Engineering, Portfolio Managers and other teams to ensure accurate pricing data in the investment ecosystem, with hours 11:00 AM–7:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

The role emphasizes data sourcing, validation, processing and distribution in a hybrid office setting (4 days in-office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in Investment Operations, preferably Valuation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative office environment
• Ability to work independently and across functions

Responsibilities

• Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives.
• Review pricing from external vendors and apply fair value methodologies per industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity throughout the data ecosystem
• Collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and improve data quality controls
• Respond to client inquiries to support institutional clients and Subadvised business
