Allspring Global Investments in Charlotte/Milwaukee seeks an Investment Operations Pricing and Data Analyst to manage and validate pricing and security master data across a diverse product range. The role partners with Engineering, Portfolio Managers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the investment ecosystem.

The position requires 11:00 AM–7:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid in-office schedule (4 days/week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment with peers and interruptions.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Proficient with standard business software; effective communication with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

Overview

As an Analyst on the Investment Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and validating pricing and security master data for a diverse range of investment products. This role involves strategic oversight of data sourcing, validation, processing and distribution. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of financial instruments and data management best practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will partner with Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment ecosystem. This role requires availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with accounting and valuation of various asset classes including structured products and derivatives
• Experience with Accounting and Trading Systems; Advent APX, CRD, Bloomberg
• Proficiency with data management tools and software, Excel, SQL, VBA, etc.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
