Job summary

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC is hiring an Analyst for the Investment Data Operations team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on managing and validating pricing and security master data for a diverse range of investment products.

You will partner with Engineering, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and resilient pricing. The position follows a hybrid model with in-office four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Investment Operations, preferably supporting the Valuation function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives.
• Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data ecosystem
• Collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and improve data quality controls
• Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring’s Institutional clients and Subadvised business
