Job summary
Nationwide seeks an Investment Data Management professional to translate investment needs into governed data products and BI solutions. You will deliver cloud data platforms, models, and analytics while partnering with business users and technology teams.
The role requires 6-10 years of data management experience, strong SQL/Python skills, Snowflake/Databricks knowledge, and expertise in Power BI and data governance. Hybrid work with in‑office Columbus presence.
Qualifications
- SQL, data warehousing, and data validation experience.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks and BI platforms.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Python; strong data governance understanding.
Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and maintains data models, datasets, and data products.
- Develops data pipelines, notebooks, jobs, and data integrations; troubleshoot issues.
- Creates BI reports/dashboards and supports governance, security, and audit needs.
- Collaborates with users and tech teams to translate requirements into governed solutions.
- Applies AI concepts to data solutions with emphasis on accuracy and governance.
- Supports testing, UAT, releases, and post‑release validation.
