Vanguard is seeking a data operations professional to produce timely gold-copy investment data and ensure high output quality across data domains. The role focuses on analyzing complex data exception reports, executing quality control queries, and partnering with colleagues to improve and sustain operational processes.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams, drive modernization efforts, and contribute to robust data distribution for enterprise use.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field) and a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
Strong analytical capabilities, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query, analyze, and manipulate complex datasets.

Responsibilities

Complete complex tasks under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and analyze inputs to meet operational objectives.
Execute and analyze daily and periodical data reporting and quality control queries; provide troubleshooting and resolution for issues in reports or source systems.
Identify improvement opportunities based on process knowledge and implement solutions to gain efficiency and quality.
