Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Data Analyst, Specialist to drive data-driven decision making and operational efficiency. You will structure complex requests into analytical projects, extract and analyze large datasets, and develop automated reporting and decision-support tools to improve outcomes.

The role also involves mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with internal partners, and evaluating AI-enabled analytics to support innovation and strategic initiatives within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in advanced data analysis or BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Statistics/Mathematics.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and data extraction.
• Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards.
