Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance, private credit, lending, underwriting.
• Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of prospective and existing portfolio companies.
• Lead due diligence discussions with management teams and key stakeholders.
• Prepare credit memorandums and investment recommendations.
• Present underwriting findings to investment committees and senior leadership.
• Assist with portfolio management, credit monitoring, and exposure analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support transaction execution and client service.
