Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in private credit investing, investment banking, leveraged finance, structured finance, asset-based finance, or restructuring.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite investment opportunities across asset-based and private credit strategies.
• Perform collateral-specific credit analysis, scenario modeling, and investment return analysis.
• Analyze loan-level data and large datasets to evaluate credit performance and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial statement analysis and evaluate transaction structures and fixed‑income mechanics.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and support transactions throughout the deal execution process.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and analyze ongoing performance.
• Support sourcing efforts by identifying prospective investment opportunities and emerging companies.
