Job summary

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a Consulting Analyst to contribute to a superior client experience by analyzing Endowment & Foundation and Defined Benefit Plan portfolios, aligning with fiduciary standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of investment consulting or related experience.
• Experience serving institutional clients in a Discretionary Outsourced CIO framework is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with CRM, custody portals, and asset allocation modeling software.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) to support research, drafting, reconciliation, summarization, or quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio evaluation/diagnostic reviews for new clients with cross-team collaboration.
• Evaluate and construct investment policy statements aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Model asset allocation and perform portfolio optimization leveraging AI-enabled tools.
• Develop fiduciary governance materials for quarterly reporting.
• Create customized client reports and meeting materials with AI-assisted drafting and quality control.
• Propose and analyze trade ideas within risk management guidelines.
